Why does imvu crash

I can't open chat rooms from the client it stays stuck. Also can't delete messages from my client inbox. What's going on? Live chat: Agent Offline.

I've been having troubles since ealier. There are rooms that I can visit but most of the rooms I usually goes to crashed. Workaround is not working, Next kicked me out of a chatroom too.
